We ship to all countries via Singapore Post. Tracking numbers and dispatch notifications are sent by us via Shopify.

The shipping fee paid during checkout is not inclusive of customs and import duties (duty delivered unpaid). You will be charged if there are any fees involved.
In most countries, any customs or import duties are only charged once the parcel reaches its destination. Motorwerks does not have control over these charges hence we are unable to include it in the shipping fee or advise on how much the cost will be as it varies between countries.
In order to avoid unplanned cost, it will be good to check with your local customs office before placing an order.
Note: Depending on the destination country, customs clearance may cause delays in final delivery.
For Online Purchases Singapore: Returns must reach us within 7 calendar days from delivery date. International: Returns must reach us within 21 calendar days from delivery date.

How do I return an item? Mail it back to us!
Contact us for a Returns Form. Pack your item(s) and a completed Returns Form together in a parcel. Send your parcel using a traceable** mode of delivery to the address in the Returns Form.

**We strongly encourage that your return is sent to us via a traceable mode as we will not be responsible for any lost mail sent through non-traceable mailing options.
How long does it take for my return parcel to be processed? Your return will be processed within 14 working days from the date we receive your item. (Excluding weekends and public holidays). We'll drop you an email update once your return has been processed!
How will I receive my refund? An online gift voucher equivalent to the purchase price of the item(s) returned will be issued in your account. Delivery fees, if any, will not be refunded. The online gift voucher will have a one year validity.
Any Return fees? No Return Fees will be charged for returns! All you have to do is cover the postage to send the item back to us and we'll take care of everything else!
Can I Exchange My Item? Yes, you can!
For Online Purchases You may exchange your online purchase for another size or color. We regret that we do not accept exchanges to other designs. If your desired size or colours is no longer available, your exchange will be processed as an online gift voucher equivalent to the purchase price of the item(s).

Purchase of Sale items, headgear, accessories, bags and footwear are final and cannot be returned or exchanged. Please note that all exchanges are final, i.e. exchanged items cannot be further returned or exchanged.
Please note Manufacturer's Warranty for Helmets and Riding Gear does not cover wear and tear, wind-noise, damage due to drop, misuse, abuse, accidents or fit for use. For manufacturing defects, please contact us immediately with a proof of purchase receipt.
