4. Enter your Order No. in Reference No.
5. Confirm and Screenshot payment receipt back to us!
6. WhatsApp/Email receipt of payment to +65 81819676/ motorwerks@av-group.co and indicate order number within 24 hours from order placed.
7. Orders will be cancelled if no payment is received after 24 hours.

 

ORDERS

What currency is this?
All items are listed primarily in Singapore Dollars. Yes, its cheaper then US Dollars! We also have a Currency converter on the top right hand side of our web store.

Can I amend or cancel my order after it has been placed?
We try our best to pack your orders as soon as we get them to ensure its processed and delivered promptly. This means we are unable to amend or cancel any orders after confirmation.

I received a wrong item. What should I do?
We're so sorry for mixing up your order!

Please contact us immediately with the following information:

Your order number
The name/ product code of item you have ordered
The name/ product code of item you have received
A photograph of the picking list

We will be in touch on the next steps to take and advise on the availability of replacement. If a replacement is no longer available, an online gift voucher will be provided instead.
Items returned must be unused, unwashed, unaltered and with its original product tags intact.

An item is missing from my parcel! What should I do?
Fret not! Do a quick check through your email inbox to see if our team has already reached out to you separately.

If you have not received any notice from us, please email us immediately with the following information:

Your order number
The name/ product code of the missing item
A photograph of the picking list
We will run a check for you


PROMO CODES/GIFT CARDS/ CREDIT VOUCHERS

Promo Codes
Unless specified, Promo or Discount codes are single use, non transferrable, may not be resold or redeemed for cash. Only one discount at a time can apply to a single order. Applies only to qualifying products, does not apply to Pre-Orders, Gift Cards, Sale Items, in conjunction with Other Promotions and may have a Minimum Purchase Amount. Motorwerks reserves the right to modify or cancel such terms at any time.

However, if you may qualify for free shipping if your cart reaches the minimum free shipping amount! You will find the window to enter your promo code at the end of the checkout page. 

Gift Cards
Congrats! You must be a pretty nice chap, some one got u a gift u can choose!

How do I use my eGift Card code?
In your shopping cart, enter your eGift Card code in 'Gift Card' field and click ‘Apply’. The total payable amount will be updated once the code has been successfully applied.

Gift Cards Terms and Conditions
Motorwerks Gift Cards/e-Gift Cards ("Gift Cards") are in Singapore Dollars can only be used for purchases of products and services at Motorwerks stores or motorwerks.asia. If a purchase exceeds the remaining balance in the Gift Card(s), the remaining amount must be paid with another payment method.  

Gift Cards are valid for 1 year from the date of issue. Gift Cards cannot be used to purchase other Gift Cards. Gift Cards cannot be reloaded, resold, transferred for value or redeemed for cash. Gift Cards are single use only, total value of Gift Card is to be redeemed. Balance if any, will not be returned. Vouchers and Discounts cannot be applied to purchasing Gift Cards.

The risk of loss and title for Gift Cards passes on to the purchaser upon our electronic transmission of the Gift Card to the purchaser or designated recipient, or our delivery to the carrier, whichever is applicable. We are not responsible if any Gift Card is lost, stolen or destroyed or your Gift Card is used without your permission.

Motorwerks reserves the right to void Gift Cards and bill alternative forms of payment if we suspect that a Gift Card is obtained or used fraudulently, unlawfully or otherwise in violation of these terms and conditions.

What do I do if there’s an error with my Gift Card?
Please check if:
– The voucher has expired and/or
– The voucher has been used in an order and/or
– You are logged in to the account which the voucher was issued to.

How do I use my Credit Vouchers?
In your shopping cart, enter the online credit voucher code in 'Gift Card' field and click ‘Apply’. The total payable amount will be updated once the online credit voucher has been successfully applied.
Credit vouchers are not applicable for purchase of Gift Vouchers.

Can an online order be returned if an online credit voucher has been used?
Yes! Orders made with online credit vouchers are valid for returns.
However, this excludes orders made with promotional/ discounts codes (unless stated otherwise), sale items, other selected items and return items. Returned items purchased with promotional code, we will subtract the value of the promotional code from your return credit.

To check if your item(s) are eligible for a return, please contact us with the product name(s) and receipt number(s).
