Delivery times are very important to us and orders placed are subject to a 3-5 working day processing period. Please expect a 30-day delivery period on top of the processing period.
We ship to all countries via Singapore Post. Tracking numbers and dispatch notifications are sent by us via Shopify.

The shipping fee paid during checkout is not inclusive of customs and import duties (duty delivered unpaid). You will be charged if there are any fees involved.
In most countries, any customs or import duties are only charged once the parcel reaches its destination. Motorwerks does not have control over these charges hence we are unable to include it in the shipping fee or advise on how much the cost will be as it varies between countries.
In order to avoid unplanned cost, it will be good to check with your local customs office before placing an order.
Note: Depending on the destination country, customs clearance may cause delays in final delivery.
Exchanges You may exchange your online order at our Motorwerks flagship store. An exchange will only be done for size. If the desired size is no longer available at the store, you may choose to drop off your order as a return for online store credits. Your return will be processed within 14 working days from the day we receive your item.
You can return your item(s) to us, as long as they reach us within 7 calendar days of the delivery date for local Singapore orders, or 21 calendar days of the delivery date for international orders. We accept returns for items that are unworn and unwashed, so long as their tags are unaltered and intact. You will be issued an online store credit equivalent to the purchase price of each returned item(s), valid for a year. Delivery fees, if any, will not be refunded.
We accept exchanges or returns for items that are unworn, unwashed, undamaged and unused, with all the original tags, visor protection sticker and packaging unaltered and intact, and with the receipt of proof of purchase.
Purchase of sale items, headgear, accessories, bags and footwear are final and cannot be returned or exchanged. Please note that all exchanges are final, i.e. exchanged items cannot be further returned or exchanged.
Riding Gear and Helmet warranty does not cover wear and tear, wind-noise, damage due to drop, misuse, abuse or accidents. For manufacturing defects, please contact us immediately with a proof of purchase receipt.
